Finance & Taxation Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Government of Chhattisgarh, on December 22, 2025, issued a amendment in the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005.

The State Government hereby, makes the following amendment in the Schedule to the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005) with effect from April 01, 2026, namely:- In the Schedule, column (3) of serial number 6, for the words and figures “8.5 percent”, the words “Nil” shall be substituted.
