Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Maharashtra, on December 19, 2025, issued a corrigendum regarding an older notification No. 3/2025-State Tax dated October 01, 2025, related to the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The following has been stated: -

•The Corrigendum corrects an error in the Notification by amending the word “Commissioner” appearing on page 1, line 12 of the Gazette notification.
