The Department of Town and Country Planning, Goa, on December 24, 2025, notified the Goa Land Development and Building Construction (Amendment) Regulations, 2025, to further amend the Goa Land Development and Building Construction Regulations, 2010.
The following has been stated: -
•Annexure-XII of the Goa Land Development and Building Construction Regulations, 2010, has been amended for industrial buildings.
•A wording change has been made in the table relating to the minimum width of existing roads. The provision allowing small industry buildings on proposed road widths of at least 10 meters has been removed, retaining only the requirement to leave prescribed road-widening areas.
They shall come into force on December 24, 2025.
