The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on December 23, 2025, notified regarding the Submission of the Cyber Audit Report as per SEBI CSCRF Circular.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has directed all Depository Participants (DPs) to submit their Cyber Security Audit Report in compliance with the SEBI Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF) through the newly enabled online Audit Web Portal.
• The deadline for submission is on or before December 31, 2025, and DPs shall follow the detailed submission process and formats prescribed in Annexure A, including auditor mapping and categorisation of DPs.
• Failure to submit the Cyber Audit Report within the stipulated timeline will be treated as non-compliance, attracting penalties as per CDSL’s earlier audit communiqués.
• The circular reinforces strict adherence to cybersecurity governance, risk management, and reporting standards to strengthen the overall resilience of market intermediaries.
