Labour Compliance The Government of Kerala on December 17, 2025, issued the Draft Kerala Trade Unions (Amendment) Regulations, 2025, to further amend the Kerala Trade Union Regulations, 1958.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Regulation 5 which states “Pee for Registration” has been substituted namely: -

“The fee payable for the registration of a Trade Union shall be one thousand rupees”

Objections and suggestions shall be addressed to the Special Secretary to Government, Labour and Skills (E) Department, Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram.
