The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on December 23, 2025, issued Corrigendum in r/o DG-ESIC Rate Contract No. 165 to 169
This corrigendum is issued in continuation of ESIC Headquarters letters dated December 12, 2025 related to DG-ESIC Rate Contracts (RC) Nos. 165 to 169. It clarifies that while the rates mentioned in figures are correct, there were typographical errors in the rates written in words, which have been corrected in Annexure-A.
Additionally, the following amendments are to be considered in the published rate contracts:
RC-165 (Item No. 1228): Packing corrected to “5 gm Tube” instead of “4.5 gm Tube”.
RC-167 (Item Nos. 2652, 2653, 2654): Packing corrected to “14 Tablets (Strip of 7’s × 2)” instead of “7 Tablets”.
RC-167 (Item No. 2658): Description corrected to “CIBINQO 200 mg (Manufactured by Pfizer Manufacturing Deutschland GmbH)” instead of “CIBINQO 100 mg”.
All other terms and conditions of Rate Contracts 165 to 169 remain unchanged, and this corrigendum forms an integral part of the original documents.
Procurement authorities are further advised to strictly monitor inventory parameters such as re-order levels, buffer stock, and lead time to prevent drug expiry, obsolescence, or excess procurement leading to avoidable expenditure.
