The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 25, 2025, issued a notification on anti-dumping duty on imports of “2-Ethyl Hexanol” originating in or exported from European Union, Indonesia, Korea RP, Malaysia, Taiwan and USA.
The Central Government makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 17/2021-Customs (ADD) dated March 26, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 215(E), dated March 26, 2021, namely :
• In the said notification, after paragraph 2 and before the Explanation, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely:-
“3. Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, the anti-dumping duty shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 26th June, 2026, unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier.”.
