The Ministry of Finance (MoF), on December 24, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Tetrafluoroethane.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Heading /Subheading: 2903 45 00 and Description of the goods:- 1,1,1,2- Tetrafluoroethane or R-134 a.
• Country of origin: China PR and Country of export: Any country, including China PR.
• Producer:- Shaanxi Sinochem Lantian New Chemical Material Company Limited
• The anti-dumping duty imposed under this notification shall be levied for a period of five years (unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier) from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and shall be payable in Indian currency.
