The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 24, 2025, issued a notification regarding the imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty on Calcium Carbonate Filler Master batch Imports from Vietnam.
The following has been stated: -
•The DGTR found that Calcium Carbonate Filler Master batch (tariff item 3824 99 00) imported from Vietnam is being dumped in India at prices below the normal value.
•Dumped imports caused material injury to the Indian domestic industry through price undercutting.
•Based on these findings, the Central Government has imposed an anti-dumping duty on such imports from Vietnam.
•The duty will be effective for five years from the date of notification, unless amended or withdrawn earlier.
