The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 26, 2025, issued an amendment to the older notification no. 18/2021-Customs (ADD), dated March 27, 2021, regarding the anti-dumping duty on imports of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) resin originating in or exported from China PR for a period of 5 years.
In the said notification, after paragraph 2 and before the Explanation, the following paragraph shall be inserted,
"3. Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, the anti-dumping duty shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 26th June, 2026, unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier.".
