The Ministry of Power (MoP), on December 23, 2025, notified regarding the amendment to the Star Rating Plan Validity under the Energy Conservation Act, 2001.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In paragraph 3, sub-paragraph (1), in Table 3.4, for the words, figures and letters “31st December, 2025”, the words, figures and letters shall be substituted with:- “30th June, 2026”.
• In paragraph 3, sub-paragraph (1), after Table 3.4, the following Table shall be inserted, namely: - “TABLE 3.5 Star Rating Plan Validity (from 1st July, 2026 to 31st December,2027).
