The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on December 24, 2025, notified the date of establishment and withdrawal of the Indian Standards related to Polymer-Coated Steel Chain Link Fence Fabric.
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the Dates of Establishment shall be December 10, 2025 -
• IS 2721 : 2025 Galvanized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polyolefin and Other Polymer-Coated Steel Chain Link Fence Fabric — Specification (Third Revision).
• IS 6885 (Part 1) : 2025 ISO 4545-1 : 2023 Metallic Materials — Knoop Hardness Test Part 1 Test Method (Third Revision).
• IS 10748 : 2025 Hot-Rolled Steel Plates, Sheets and Strips for Welded Tubes and Pipes — Specification (Third Revision).
• IS 19461 : 2025 Electronic Locks for Security Equipment — Specifications.
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the Date of Withdrawal shall be June 10, 2026: -

• IS 10748 : 2004 Hot-Rolled Steel Strip for Welded Tubes and Pipes — Specification (Second Revision).
