Industry Specific ComplianceThe National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on December 30, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Waiver of Admission Fees for New Membership.

The following has been stated namely: -

• As per NCCL Rule 8.5, applicants for clearing membership must submit a completed application along with prescribed fees, security deposits, and other required monies.

• NCCL has announced a waiver of admission fees to encourage new clearing members in the commodity market segment.

• The waiver applies to both new applications and applications currently under process from the date of the circular.

• This waiver of non-recurring admission charges is effective from January 01, 2026 to June 30, 2026.

• The registration process remains unchanged, updated application forms are available on the NCCL website, and NCCL’s clarification shall be final in case of any ambiguity
