The Paradip Port Authority (PPA) on December 24, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Implementation of iPortman POS Module Integrated with NLP-M Platform at PPA
The following has been stated namely: -
• The POS module (iPortman) of EBS was made live on December 24, 2025 at PPA and is integrated with the NLP-M platform for seamless document and information flow.
• Training sessions have been conducted for Port Users, and hands-on training is available at the Administrative Building, YM office, and the Customer Facilitation Centre.
• VCN generation through iPortman is mandatory from January 01, 2026, and all related transactions will be carried out via NLP-M/iPortman Portal.
• Facilities for pre-assessment are available, Port Users are advised to maintain sufficient PD account balance and ensure accurate data entry (e.g., RGRT) for proper assessment.
• Until system stabilization, Shipping Agents must continue daily traffic reporting in the DTR WhatsApp group and POS, a Help Desk has been set up by PPA with TechM support for issue resolution.
