Secretarial Compliance The India International Exchange (INX), on December 31, 2025, issued a Settlement Holiday for the Calendar Year 2026.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In pursuance of clause 6.14.2 of Chapter VI of the Byelaws of the India International Clearing Corporation (IFSC) Limited, the following days are notified as settlement holidays for the calendar year 2025:

• The list includes major national and regional holidays such as Republic Day, Holi (Second Day), New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Good Friday, and others.
