Secretarial ComplianceThe Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCXCCL) on December 30, 2025, issued a circular notifying the Due Date Rate (DDR) for an electricity futures contract, in accordance with the Rules, Bye-Laws, and Regulations of MCXCCL. The circular is addressed to all members and market participants for information and necessary action.

As per the notification, the Due Date Rate for the electricity futures contract (ELECDMBL) that expired on December 30, 2025, has been fixed at ₹3,932.00. The DDR is applicable for a base quantity of 1 MWh, which will be used for settlement purposes of the expired contract.

Members and market participants have been advised to take note of the notified Due Date Rate for accurate settlement and compliance with clearing and settlement procedures prescribed by MCXCCL.
