The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 30, 2025, issued a notification to amend notification no. 62/2022-Customs, dated December 26, 2022, related to the duty concessions under the India-Australia Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement (ECTA).
The following amendments have been stated:
• TABLE I which states Tariff Item, Description and BCD Rate in % (unless otherwise specified) has been amended.
• TABLE II which states Tariff Item, Description, BCD Rate in % (unless otherwise specified) and AIDC Rate in % (unless otherwise specified) has been amended.
