The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 31, 2025, issued an Advisory for Financial Sector Organizations regarding Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions.
The following has been stated: -
•SEBI mandates half-yearly compliance reporting on SaaS-based solutions for members, with the current period covering July 2025 to December 2025.
•The SaaS compliance report must be submitted only in electronic form through the BEFS portal.
•The due date for submission of the report is January 31, 2026.
•Members registered with both BSE and NSE shall submit quarterly incident reports to NSE, while exclusive BSE members must continue filing through BEFS as per existing guidelines.
