Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 30, 2025, issued a notification to amend notification no. 43/2025-Customs, dated September 30, 2025, related to the specific customs duty exemptions.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In the said notification, for the TABLE which states Tariff Item, Tariff Description, BCD Rates (in %) unless otherwise specified), AIDC Rate (in %) unless otherwise specified)and Health cess Rate (in %) unless otherwise specified) has been amended.

This notification shall come into force with effect from January 01, 2026.
