Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 31, 2025, notified regarding the Quarterly Incident Reporting for the period ended on December 31, 2025.

In line with SEBI and BSE circulars, exchange members are required to submit Quarterly Cyber Security Incident Reports exclusively through the BSE E-Filing System (BEFS) within 15 days from the end of each quarter. For the quarter October–December 2025, the submission due date is January 15, 2026. Reports must be digitally signed, and submission is considered complete only upon receipt of an acknowledgement email.

Members registered with both BSE and NSE are required to submit the quarterly report only to NSE, while exclusive BSE members must continue submissions through the BEFS portal. Detailed submission guidelines are provided in Annexure 1. Any delay or non-submission will attract disciplinary action as per the applicable exchange notice. Additionally, members must comply with the Immediate Cyber Incident Reporting requirements whenever applicable.
