class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoAFW), on December 31, 2025, notified the amendment to the older notification regarding the Seed Varieties under the Seeds Act, 1966.
The Central Government, after consultation with the Central Seed Committee, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. No. 268(E), dated January 28, 2015, namely: - In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 67, under column (4), after the word “Uttar Pradesh”, the word “Tamil Nadu” shall be inserted.
