Finance & Taxation Complianceclass="MsoNormal">The Ministry of Finance (MoF), on December 31, 2025, issued an amendment to older notification related to certain tobacco products.

In the Table, against Sl. No. 2, in Column (3), for the words “Pan masala containing tobacco”, the words shall be substituted with:- “Gutkha”.

This notification shall come into force on February 01, 2026.
