The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) issued directions on January 15, 2026, for the implementation of the Graded Response Roster Plan (GRRP) for the CETP (Textile) in Jodhpur.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Board has issued directions dated January 03, 2026, to M/s Jodhpur Pollution Control and Research Foundation (SPV of CETP–Textile, Jodhpur) mandating strict implementation of the Graded Response Roster Plan (GRRP) to regulate wastewater discharge and prevent overflow from textile conduit lines.
• The GRRP is effective from January 10, 2026, and applies to all member units connected to CETP (Textile), Jodhpur. During the GRRP period, units with consented discharge up to 25 KLD may operate at full consented capacity; units with discharge above 25 KLD up to 50 KLD are restricted to 25 KLD; and units with discharge above 50 KLD may operate at 50% of their consented quantity.
• These restrictions form mandatory conditions of the Consent to Operate granted under Sections 25/26 of the Act, and any non-compliance may invite strict action by the State Board.
