Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Kerala on January 24, 2026, notified the Kerala Land Assignment (Amendment) Rules, 2026 further to amend the Kerala Land Assignment Rules, 1964.

The following has been stated: -

•In rule 7, in sub-rule (2), in item (i), for the letters, symbols and figure “Rs. 1,00,000”, the letters, symbols and figure “Rs. 2,50,000” shall be substituted.

They shall come into force at once.
