The Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region) (BoPTER) on January 28, 2026, issued a notification regarding the submission of reimbursement claim bills.
The following has been stated: -
•The Government has shifted apprentice stipend payments to DBT mode, effective November 01, 2025, under NATS.
•Establishments must submit pending reimbursement claims for stipends paid up to October 31, 2025.
•The final deadline is February 28, 2026, to submit properly signed and sealed claim bills to BOPT (ER), Kolkata.
•Claims received after February 28, 2026, will not be considered; any portal issues must be reported.
