Secretarial ComplianceThe India International Depository IFSC Limited (IIDI) on January 28, 2026, notified regarding the Fees and charges to Demat account holder for TRQ Holders - Micro and Small Enterprises under India-UAE CEPA Gold.

This circular refers to IIDI Circular No. IIDI IFSC/Bullion/2025-26/030 dated 07 October 2025 and notifies the charges applicable to demat account holders for Refundable Non-Interest Bearing Security Deposit and Application Processing Fees for India-UAE CEPA Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) Holders – Micro and Small Enterprises.

Key Details:

Refundable Non-Interest Bearing Security Deposit

• Charges: USD 250

• Frequency: One-time at the time of Demat account opening

• Conditions: Non-interest-bearing security deposit to be collected at the time of opening of Demat Account. Any pending recovery of charges from the client to be adjusted from the security deposit. If amount of outstanding security deposit goes below USD 250 due to recovery of charges, additional deposit should be paid by the client.

Application Processing Fees (One-time, at application processing stage):

• Small Enterprises: USD 250 for successful TRQ allotment up to 25 kg

• Micro Enterprises: USD 200 for successful TRQ allotment up to 10 kg

Billing Cycle: Monthly / Fortnightly / Weekly

Effective Date: January 28, 2026
