Labour ComplianceThe Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on January 30, 2026, issued a circular regarding a summary of Drug Sampling Status.

The following has been stated: -

•Six drug items supplied under ESIC Rate Contract and Jan Aushadhi were sampled at ESICH, Bhilai, and sent for testing.

•All samples were collected on January 27, 2026, and forwarded to EFRAC, Kolkata, for laboratory analysis.

•The drugs were manufactured between February 2025 and November 2025, with expiry dates ranging from January 2027 to October 2027.

•Testing reports for all sampled items are currently awaited.
