The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on January 30, 2026, issued a circular regarding the Special Drive for settlement of Internal Audit Paras.
The following has been stated: -
•All units shall conduct a Special Drive from February 01, 2026, to March 31, 2026, to prepare and submit replies for long-pending Internal Audit Paras to designated audit offices.
•Regional/Sub-Regional Offices shall form teams, if required, to expedite settlement through field visits or in-office scrutiny.
•Accounting Units must submit weekly reports, while RO/SROs shall furnish fortnightly reports on paras settled or dropped.
•All pending audit paras must be settled by March 31, 2026, after which performance will be reviewed by senior authorities with strict compliance mandated.
