Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Law and Justice (MoL&J) on January 30, 2026, issued a corrigendum regarding the Health Security cum National Security Cess Act, 2025.

The following has been stated: -

•Certain textual corrections are made to the Health Security cum National Security Cess Act, 2025, as published in the Gazette of India dated December 16, 2025.

These include replacing references to “sub-section (7)” with “sub-section (9)” and substituting the word “below” with “up to” at specified page and line numbers.
