The Government of Chhattisgarh, on January 30, 2026, issued a corrigendum regarding an older Notification No. 101/CSERC/2023, dated March 06, 2023, related to Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers) Regulations, 2023.
The following has been stated: -
•The headings of Annexures on page 162 are revised to specify related clauses.
•Annexure I and II are updated to read as related to Clause 8.10 and Clause 8.34, respectively.
•Annexure III and IV are revised to indicate their relation to Clause 15.6 and Clause 15.36.
