The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on January 30, 2026, issued extension of Migration Timeline for Self-Service Connectivity Links at Delhi Sify POP.
This communication is a continuation of multiple NSE circulars issued between August 2025 and January 2026, informing members about the planned phase-out of existing Sify POP facilities at STT Ultadanga (Kolkata) and Jivan Vihar (Delhi), and the transition to new Sify POP locations for both managed and self-service connectivity links.
As per circular NSE/MSD/72252 dated January 09, 2026, members were required to complete the migration of Lease Line connectivity to the new POPs by January 31, 2026, after which the old POPs were scheduled to be discontinued.
Telecom Network Integrator (Sify) has confirmed that while there has been progress in migrating self-service links to the new Delhi POP (SIFY OKHLA), a significant number of links are still pending migration.
In view of the pending migrations, the timeline for migrating self-service links from the existing Delhi POP has been extended until end of day February 15, 2026, after which the existing Delhi POP will be discontinued by the TNI.
