The Government of Chhattisgarh on January 30, 2026, issued a corrigendum to the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Intra-State Open Access in Chhattisgarh) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023, issued vide Notification No. 104/CSERC/2023, dated October 11, 2023.
The following has been amended, namely:
• On page 1106, the words “Intra-State Open Access in Chhattisgarh” shall be read as “Connectivity and Intra-State Open Access”.
• On page 1106, in the heading of Sr. no. 2, the word “Clause 33 (6) (iii)” shall be read as “Clause 33 (6) (b) (iii)”.
• On page 1106, in Sr. no. 3, the words “Clause 33 (6) (iv) and Clause 33 (6) (v)” shall be read as “Clause 33 (6) (b) (iv) and Clause 33 (6) (b) (v)”.
