Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on February 01, 2026, issued a notification regarding the rescission of the Central Excise Exemption Notification.

The following has been stated: -

•The Central Government has rescinded Notification No. 05/2023–Central Excise dated February 01, 2023, without affecting actions taken prior to its rescission.

This notification shall come into force on February 02, 2026
