Labour Compliance The Government of Kerala, on January 31, 2026, issued a notification regarding the extension of the deadline for the Building Permit Fee Refund Application.

The following has been stated: -

•The deadline to apply for a refund of excess building permit and application fees under Kerala Building Rules has been extended to February 15, 2026.

•Verified eligible refunds will be disbursed by February 28, 2026.
