The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), on February 2, 2026, announced the launch of a revamped version of its AAA+ mobile application, now titled ‘ESIC Health Connect’, available on both Android and iOS platforms. The upgraded app features a redesigned user interface, improved user experience, and an in-app feedback mechanism to capture user inputs.
The revamped application enhances digital service delivery by streamlining key functionalities such as appointment booking, Aadhaar seeding, access to e-health records, home sample collection, and other health-related services, with a focus on ease of use and accessibility for stakeholders.
All ESIC field offices, medical institutions, and officials have been directed to give wide publicity to the ‘ESIC Health Connect’ app among employers, insured persons, ESIC employees, and pensioners, and to promote its usage during health camps, awareness programmes, and outreach activities. User manuals for different categories of users have been issued along with the circular.
