The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCXCCL), on February 03, 2026, issued a circular informing Members about the revised Delivery and Invoices Settlement Schedule applicable to contracts expiring in February 2026, in accordance with the Bye-Laws and Regulations of MCXCCL.
The circular notifies that the detailed settlement schedules are provided in Annexure 1 and Annexure 2, specifying the timelines for pay-in and pay-out of funds and commodities, the mode of delivery settlement, and the invoice settlement timelines for the respective commodities. Members are required to strictly adhere to these timelines and ensure timely submission of delivery-related documentation.
Seller and Buyer Members have been advised to ensure that tax invoices along with supporting documents are made available to buyers as per the prescribed schedule and to correspond on delivery invoicing matters with MCXCCL at the designated email address, preferably using a standardized subject line mentioning the settlement number and commodity. Members and their constituents are requested to take note of and comply with the revised settlement timelines.
