The Government of Himachal Pradesh, on January 29, 2026, notified the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Investment Promotion Council Rules, 2025.
The following has been stated: -
•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like application and director.
•Rule 3 specifies the establishment and constitution of the Tourism Investment Promotion Council.
•Rule 4 specifies Meeting of the Council.
•Rule 5 specifies the powers and functions of the Council.
These rules shall come into force from January 29, 2026.
