Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Uttar Pradesh on December 30, 2026, issued the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities (Fifth Amendment) Bill, 2025, to further amend the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Schedule 2 after serial no. 51, following serial number shall be inserted, namely: -

“52 - Radha Govind University, Chandausi, Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh - Sonal Educational Society, Sonai, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh”

• The Power to remove difficulties has been amended.

This shall come into force on October 24, 2025
