The National E-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL) on February 04, 2026, notified regarding SHCIL e-Stamping System Downtime.
The following has been stated namely: -
• As the Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL) e-Stamping application is undergoing maintenance activity, the e-Stamping service for SHCIL states will not be available from 05 February 2026, 8:30 PM to 06 February 2026, 1:00 AM.
• Kindly take note of this and plan your DDE transactions accordingly.
• DDE for the below GRAS states will continue to be available:
• Bihar
• Kerala
• Madhya Pradesh
• Maharashtra
• Telangana
• West Bengal
