•IFSCA issued a circular introducing modifications to the AML, CFT, and KYC Guidelines, 2022, based on stakeholder representations and Government directives.

•All amendments issued until January 02, 2026 have been consolidated into an updated version of the Guidelines for easier reference.

•The update aims to enhance regulatory clarity and compliance understanding for market participants.

•Additionally, FAQs have been released to clarify provisions related to the Video-based Customer Identification Process (V-CIP).
