The Government of Odisha, on January 31, 2026, issued a notification regarding Telecast Certificates and Bill acceptance criteria.
The following has been stated: -
•Competent authority has approved revised criteria for submission and acceptance of Bills and Telecast Certificates for retrospective and future processing from June 15, 2025, onwards.
•Media houses must submit digitally signed bills and certificates; however, where the digital signature facility is unavailable, physically signed documents with an office seal and signatures of two authorised officials will be accepted.
•For DD Odia, bills and Telecast Certificates bearing one authorised official’s full signature with name and office seal shall be considered valid.
