The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on February 06, 2026, notified regarding the Connectivity - POP network changes – Extension.
The following has been stated:
• This circular is in continuation of earlier NSE communications regarding the migration of POP facilities provided by Sify at Kohinoor, Mumbai (Kurla), to a new Sify POP at Parle. Members were earlier required to migrate their leased line connectivity to the new POP by February 7, 2026, after which the old POP was to be discontinued.
• However, due to limited migration progress in respect of self-service leased line links and based on member representations, NSE has extended the migration deadline for self-service links until EOD March 15, 2026. After this revised date, the existing Mumbai Kurla POP will be permanently discontinued by Sify. Members using self-service connectivity from the old POP must complete migration within the revised timeline to ensure uninterrupted trading connectivity.
• The circular also provides a detailed Sify escalation matrix for both managed services (post-commissioning issues and new application updates) and self-service links (limited to new configuration and POP-level link health issues), along with contact details for support.
