Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) on February 02, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Registration of all grievances received under the NPS Architecture raised at the level of Points of Presence (POP) in the respective CRA Centralized Grievance Management System (CGMS) portals.

The following has been stated namely: -

• All NPS nodal offices/POPs have CRA system logins for NPS-related activities, and subscribers can raise grievances online through CRA CGMS portals.

• The grievances raised offline at POPs are currently not recorded centrally.

• All POPs must register offline grievances in the respective CRA CGMS system to ensure comprehensive tracking, supervision, and analysis by PFRDA, as mandated under the PFRDA Act, 2013
