Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Kerala on February 05, 2026, issued the Kerala Abkari Shops Disposal (Amendment) Rules, 2026 to further amend the Kerala Abkari Shops Disposal Rules, 2002.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In the Kerala Abkari Shops Disposal Rules, 2002, in FORM No. VI, In condition No.41, for the figure and symbols “8.1%” the figure and symbols “8.98%” shall be substituted.

They shall come into force at once.
