Finance & Taxation Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Revenue (H) Department, Government of Kerala, on February 04, 2026, notified regarding the Recovery of Dues to the Kerala Co-operative Development and Welfare Fund Board under the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968.

The Government of Kerala, being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in the public interest, hereby declare that the provisions of the said Act shall apply to the recovery of amounts due from any person or class of persons to the Kerala Co-operative Development and Welfare Fund Board.
