Industry Specific ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on February 05, 2026, issued the notification regarding the Extension of filing Annual RoDTEP Returns.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The period for filing of Annual RoDTEP Return (ARR) for FY 2023-24 has been extended from November 30, 2025 to March 31, 2026

• The composition fee is Rs 15,000/- in the interest of ease of doing business and export promotion.
