The Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) on February 06, 2026, issued the notification regarding the New URLs for APIs and Migration to Instantaneous APIs.
The following has been stated namely: -
• CDSL has launched new, more efficient API URLs, the old URLs were temporarily kept active due to extension requests.
• Early Pay-in and Margin Pledge Instant (synchronous) APIs, along with their Inquiry APIs, are now live and DPs are advised to migrate to these newer versions.
• Sunset timelines
o Most old API URLs will be sunset on February 27, 2026
o Delayed Margin Pledge API (asynchronous) will remain active only till March 31, 2026
o Existing delayed-response Early Pay-in and Margin Pledge APIs will be discontinued thereafter.
• The transition covers Early Pay-in, Margin Pledge/Re-pledge, Normal Pledge, BO Upload/Modify, Common Upload, and Authorization APIs, with old and new endpoints provided for reference.
• DPs must update systems, shift to new URLs on live environment, and share DP-specific static public IP addresses with migration intimation to [email protected] to ensure security and uninterrupted services.
