The Government of Uttar Pradesh, on November 18, 2025, issued the Uttar Pradesh Export Promotion Policy – 2025-30.
The following has been stated namely: -
• To make the state's exporters more competitive in line with the ever-evolving global market, the proposed new policy, in line with the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, seeks to align the policy with current global demand by providing subsidies on expenditures incurred on several innovative models, such as e-commerce, digital marketing, digital cataloging, and social media marketing.
• To provide comprehensive support to the state's exporters, the new policy includes, for the first time, subsidies on expenditures incurred on exports from Post Office Export Hubs, ECGC coverage, and performance-linked incentives, which will particularly benefit the state's budding exporters and startups. The new export policy effectively increases the rates of subsidies provided under various existing subsidy-based schemes.
