Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on February 10, 2026, issued a notification regarding Anti-Dumping Duty on TDI imports from the EU & Saudi Arabia.

The following has been stated: -

• The government has continued anti-dumping duty on imports of Toluene Di-Isocyanate (TDI) 80:20 grade from the EU and Saudi Arabia based on DGTR findings of likely continued dumping and injury.

•Duty applies to specified producers and other exporters at notified USD rates per metric tonne under tariff item 2929 10 20.

•New notification supersedes the earlier 2021 ADD notification while preserving past actions.

•Duty will remain in force for 5 years from Gazette publication and payable in INR based on the applicable exchange rate on the bill of entry date.
