The Government of Rajasthan, on February 05, 2026, notified the Rajasthan Land Pooling Schemes (Amendment) Rules, 2026, further to amend the Rajasthan Land Pooling Schemes Rules, 2020.
The following has been stated: -
•Rule 15(3) is replaced to allow the authorised officer to issue an allotment letter to plot owners included in the final sanctioned scheme, as per the State Government-prescribed format.
•After payment of specified charges, the authorised officer must issue a lease deed with a site plan to the allottee/successor/assignee.
•The existing Form I has been deleted.
They shall come into force at once.
